This Privacy Policy explains how Movementgems LLC ("Movementgems," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit movementgems.com, purchase The 6 Week Back Reset, or use our related products and services (together, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. Your name and email address, emails you send us, and anything you choose to share, such as your progress, pain scores, or success story.

Purchase information. Purchases are made through Payhip and processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive information such as your name, email address, what you bought, the amount paid, and your general location for tax purposes. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. Payhip, Stripe, and PayPal handle payment information under their own privacy policies.

Website information. When you visit our website, we and our partners may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Gym Program Library Tracker. The spreadsheet is a file saved on your own device. Anything you log in it stays with you and is not sent to us.

Reset Checklist app. Your checklist progress is saved locally in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to or stored by us.

Third party apps. If you use Hevy or other apps we link to, your data in those apps is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
